You can return your online purchase for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. When returning your purchase, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it. The purchase should be returned in its original or other type of outer packaging in order to avoid damage to the parcel. Returns must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered. If the item(s) has been handled in a way that goes beyond measures to determine the product's functionality or features, the purchase amount will be reduced according to Danish law. 

Return is at the customers own expense. However, you can purchase a low-cost GLS return label (DKK 29) for all orders within Denmark. You can generate your return label here.

We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, after we have received the item(s) and ensured that the returned item(s) are in original condition and matches the requirements of returning goods and purchase cancellation legislation. We credit return items upon receipt, and therefore you will receive the purchase amount at the earliest, the following day after we have received your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the creditcard used for your original purchase. Please allow a few days for processing by creditcard companies. You will receive an order refund confirmation confirming the completion of your return. Please contact our Customer Service if you have any questions in regards to the process.

Please note that we are not liable for lost return shipments. We therefor ask you to keep a receipt and tracking number of your return shipment until it has been processed by us.

CLAIMS

If you have received item(sI which are non-conforming or we have delivered an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service. If you notice the non-conforming or incorrect goods at the time of the delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods, if possible.

Should you, upon receiving your order find that it has faulty, defective or even the wrong product, you are required to inform Treasure Atelier within a reasonable time of receiving the item(s). However, no later than 14 days after the delivery date.

You are thereafter entitled to a two-year warranty on defective or faulty goods purchased at our webshop. The warranty will be invalidated if the defect or problem occurs as a result of misuse or other possible action likely to result in damages to the product.

You are able to claim your warranty by sending an email describing the defect of the products in detail, with attached photos to tina@treasureatelier.com. We reserve the right with one attempt to correct the defect or replace the product with a similar undamaged item, rather than providing a full refund.

You are not responsible for the costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will surely refund the purchase price and delivery costs once we have received the goods. Unless you have chosen to receive new goods in order to replace the original goods. Please contact our Customer Service in case of any questions regarding the process.
