When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes, please check your spam filter or contact us by email at email@example.com.
Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible and delivered to your chosen delivery address specified in your order. We only deliver to business addresses and parcel shops - not PO boxes.
Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used. In Denmark within 1-2 days and international orders typically within 3-5 days.
You must be signed for upon receipt. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you.
Please be aware that the risk of loss or of damage to the parcel passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged you should refuse to receive the parcel to it can return back to us automatically.
Tracking your order
You can create a user account on the website when placing your order which makes it possible to track your order by visiting your account page. When your goods are shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you do not have a user account, you can contact Customer Service who will do their best to give you a status information on your order.
